Join Iain Bruce-Low & Laura Bicker for a perfect escape to recharge. This is a weekend designed to take you on a journey of discovery. Iain and Laura weave together a mix of activities to help take you through a process of deep transformation. The aim is to give you the space and opportunity to gain clarity and awareness of yourself. Iain and Laura are skilled facilitators, with the ability to create a safe loving space for you to truly be free, to explore what lies beneath the surface. Leaving you to emerge invigorated in mind body and soul.
The weekend includes:
